We encourage clients to review the program-specific policy before making a purchase.

Most of our programs—especially online or digitally delivered ones—are non-refundable due to:

• immediate access to digital content,

• delivery of therapeutic materials,

• or allocation of counselling and administrative resources at the time of purchase.
