About Nicole
Nicole is a Master of Counselling Psychology practicum student at Adler University, passionate about creating a safe, warm and supportive space within which clients can feel heard and understood. She is committed to creating meaningful change in individuals’ lives while fostering well-being and accessibility within all diverse populations.

Nicole believes that therapy is not one-size-fits-all; every individual is unique, and it is essential to tailor therapy to what is most suitable for the person at hand. Nicole’s work is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also drawing from various modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems Therapy and Person-centred Therapy. She incorporates mindfulness and self-reflection into her practice to support clients in developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
Fluent in English, French, and Polish, Nicole values culturally responsive and accessible counselling. Nicole’s multilingual background allows her to interact with a variety of linguistic and cultural backgrounds, including those clients who are navigating the experience of immigration and adapting to a new environment.
Outside of her academic and professional life, Nicole enjoys spending time in nature, being with family and friends, staying active, helping within her community, and spending time with animals. She values genuine connection and brings this same warmth, curiosity, and compassion into the therapeutic relationship
