She would love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. For almost two decades, She has provided clients in the lower mainland with a wide range of psychological services.
She demonstrated a history of working in the individual, couple and family counseling. Her skills in Research, Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation and Parenting education help clients in their journey of building and reconstructing their families. Zinat works with clients experiencing anxiety & depression, stress management, emotion regulations, anger management and trauma. She uses the combination of family system theory and client-centered approach in her therapy sessions. She believes living more mindfully and understanding individuals’ emotions and strengths will help them navigate relationships and stress more skillfully. Zinat employs Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
