Direct Billing Services

You have 12 pre-approved counselling sessions to help you recover for the first 12 weeks after your crash. You don’t need a referral from a doctor or any approval from ICBC, but you will need your ICBC claim number.

Up to 22 hours of counselling services may be covered under each pre-determination per registered counsellor. Pre-determinations are valid for 12 months. Please provide us with your FNHA status number and policy ID number to book a consultation.

4-8 week program with a possible extension. Please prepare your WCB claim number and contact 604-448-2416 or email info@nuwaycounselling.ca to book a consultation, and we can submit a request to the WCB PTSD program.

Please contact us to book the consultation and fill out the Request To Pay Service Providers/Suppliers form. Once completed, submit the form to AFU to arrange the counselling session.

All claimants (victims, immediate family members, and witnesses) who qualify for benefits through CVAP may be eligible for this benefit. 48 counselling hours for victims, 36 counselling hours for immediate family members, and 12 counselling hours for witnesses

Direct billing are provided through eClaims by Telus Health to cover Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Social Worker's session fee. Please don't hesitate to contact us to find out your eligibility for direct billing with your extended health benefits.
