This is an eight weeks online course for motivated adults to follow weekly online modules and group discussions to enhance learning. You will take home with practical cognitive and behavioural skills to manage your anger. You will be able to meet the calm and kind person inside you and reclaim the relationships that are valuable to you. The modules will be posted each week on Tuesdays. Throughout the week, participants can complete the modules at their own pace and complete homework at their own pace. Group participants are expected to complete their homework each week at the online forum, which is a confidential closed group that requires a login and password to access. Participants will have a chance to share their learning experiences through text and video recordings. So each participant can complete the course at their convenience within the week. The group facilitator (Bessie Wang and co-facilitator) will comment on the homework as they get posted. The more you participate, the more feedback you will receive and the more you will gain from this learning experience. And at the last session, we will be meeting live over zoom to wrap up the course. Our next cohort will begin on May 9, 2023.
